When Akil Gray, our CEO, was a child, his grandmother lived with his family during the final stage of her life. Caring for her through dementia was one of the most challenging experiences his family faced.

Years later, his parents took action and purchased a Senior Home Care franchise, dedicating themselves to helping families going through similar situations.

With a background in software engineering, Akil stepped in to help. He began building ways for his parents’ agency to respond faster to new leads and stay consistent with follow-ups.
